Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body.

Group is open to all fitness levels, including 0 fitness. You can perform all activities at your own level.

Open to men, women and children who want to work out (Sorry, no childcare provided.)
Prayer, scripture meditation and 45 minute cardio- based activity
You will need: Good sneakers, water bottle, yoga mat (for rainy days), comfortable workout clothes, small hand towel. A heart rate monitor is optional.
Notes: Your shoes are the most important item- make sure they are comfortable, provide good support and fit well. If you have any feet issues you may want to try a specialty store like Poulsbo Running. The yoga mat can be a camping mat if that is what you have. You can sometimes find them at Goodwill, Bargain Market, or Ross fairly inexpensively ($5-$10) or you can purchase at a sporting goods store like Big 5. The heart rate monitor is optional. You can get a strap on version or a fancier Fit Bit type device.
